Q: How do I log in?

Click the Login button at the top of the website. Enter your username and password. Inside your account, you will be able to access your courses, certificates, and your personal profile. Once you have logged in, you can pick and pay for a online ce course.

Inside your account you will find the courses that are in progress and those that you have completed. Once you pass the test and complete the course evaluation, a certificate will be available. It is important to remember that the date printed on your CE certificate is the date that the course is completed. The certificate for a course may be printed at any time in the future.

Q: What payment methods do you accept online mental health classes?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Credit cards are processed through a website using secure encryption procedures. We never permanently store credit card information.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Issues related to billing will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund money for any other issues. If you have any questions or problems, please call us at 972-423-0901 or e-mail at mentalhealthclasses@gmail.com..

Q: Can I take the same course twice?

The system is designed so that each course can only be taken once. If you attempt to repeat a course you have already taken, when you go to the test (while logged in), you will see the following message at the top: “This course has already been purchased.”

Q: What is your policy on privacy?

The protection of your privacy is very important to Mental Health Classes.com. Mental Health Classes collects only information that is necessary to provide your certificate. By providing the required information, you are consenting to our collection and use. Personal information is only collected if you register an account. The information collected during registration includes: your name, professional degree, license number, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We do not share any information with third parties. You will receive future email notifications about new course offerings, changes in the website, and special promotions, unless you opt out.

Q: Do you keep records of your class participants?

Mental Health Classes is required by licensing/certifying organizations to maintain records of all participants who complete a continuing education course through our site. Records are retained on our system for a total of five years. Data that is retained includes the participant’s name, mailing address, e-mail address, course grades, payment records (does not include any credit card or banking information), participant correspondence, and copies of all certificates that have been issued. These records are only accessible to authorized agents of Mental Health Classes.

All text, images, logos, and information contained on our site are the sole property of Mentalhealthclasses.com. No part of this website may be reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means, or stored in a database or retrieval, without prior written permission from Mentalhealthclasses.com. Single copies of the online ce courses may be printed for personal use as allowed by national copyright laws.

Q: Are we a board approved provider?

Mental Health Classes, LLC is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP TM) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program.
